Kenya:  Scott Christian University

For the last few years the congregation of Rubislaw has been supporting an undergraduate student at Scott Christian University at Machakos in Kenya.  This support covers annual fees, and is met from an anonymous donation made to the church specifically for this purpose.
 
To date the Rubislaw congregation has supported four students who have successfully completed their undergraduate studies at Scott.  Each of them has gone on to ministry and outreach in the field in Kenya and beyond, and each keeps in contact with Rubislaw Church. Our fourth student, Boniface Mbithi, graduated last summer (2015), and since then we have been supporting Joshua Hudja. We look forward to continuing support for Joshua and other students at Scott University in the future. In this way we can do our modest bit in helping to spread God’s Word in East Africa.
