Andrew Wilson has been minister at Rubislaw Church for 23 years, and a Minister of the Church of Scotland since Ordination in 1977. Andrew studied for the Ministry at Glasgow University and and in 2005 was awarded a Doctor of Ministry Degree at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, USA. He has served as convener of several committees in the Presbytery of Aberdeen and most recently as Business and Finance Convener and Moderator of Presbytery Andrew has served as assistant minister in Dundee Parish Church (St Mary's) and was minister at Freeland Church, Bridge of Weir from 1978 - 1987 when he became minister at Rubislaw Church. Andrew one of a team of chaplains at Aberdeen Grammar School and Aberdeen College. In June 2011 he retired as Chaplain at St Margaret's School for Girls, Aberdeen, after serving for 19 years.  Rev Andrew Wilson  Richard Wallis is Session Clerk of Rubislaw Church. Dick (as he is best known) was the first Elder to serve as Moderator of the Presbytery of Aberdeen, and has been convener of many Presbytery Committees, in addition to serving on the General Assembly's Panel on Review and Reform  Eunice McConnach is Clerk to the Congregational Board of Rubislaw Church. |
